JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Americas Marketing Organization located in Eden Prairie, MN. The Marketing Manager will manage an assigned product line or market segment and drive campaigns in the Americas region with proper messaging, budget, and timing. Immediate program requirements surrounding in the Federal, Cable TV Multi-System Operator (MSO) and Independent telephone Operating Company (IOC) segments necessitate hiring an experienced, well-rounded marketing professional with demonstrated expertise in one or more of these areas. Responsibilities will include the following: Developing and managing integrated marketing programs encompassing product launch, channel marketing, advertising, direct marketing, press relations, web marketing, events, internal/sales communications, and collateral creation. Working with product managers, sales managers, and marketing colleagues to define and execute marketing strategies and tactics that support ADCs business objectives. Establishing objectives for budgets, timing, and measurable results and developing mechanisms for tracking and reporting performance against these program objectives.Requirements:REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts, Business Administration or Marketing. 4 plus years experience as a marketing professional. Demonstrated knowledge and experience of telecommunications products and services is essential. Hands-on experience with integrated marketing program development and management, product launch, advertising, events, direct marketing, press relations, web marketing, internal/sales communications, and collateral creation is required. Candidate must demonstrate experience building programs and campaigns to market to and through complex indirect channels including contractors, consultants, and distributors.
